Roofing built to hold

Installed right the first time, so the weather stays outside where it belongs.

A roof is the one thing you never think about, until you have to

Most roofing problems do not start as emergencies. They start as a lifted shingle after a windy night, a flashing that dried out three summers ago, a nail that backed out and left a hole the width of a pencil. Water finds that gap. And once it is inside, the repair stops being about the roof and starts being about the decking, the insulation, and the ceiling below it.

That is the whole reason we inspect before we quote. We go up, we look at what is actually there, and we tell you plainly what we find. Sometimes the answer is a repair, and we say so even when a replacement would pay us more. Sometimes the roof is past saving and a patch would just be an expensive way to delay the inevitable, and we say that too.

What we do

  • Roof installation — new construction and full tear-off replacements, asphalt shingle or metal.
  • Roof repair — leaks, missing shingles, damaged flashing, and storm damage.
  • Roof replacement — when the roof has reached the end of its service life.
  • Emergency roofing — 24/7 response, including tarping to stop active water intrusion.
  • Flat and low-slope roofing — for commercial buildings and additions.

Repair or replace?

It comes down to two questions: how much of the roof is affected, and how much life it had left to begin with. Damage in one area on a roof that is ten years old is a repair. Leaks showing up in three different rooms on a roof that is twenty-five years old is a roof telling you it is done. We give you the honest read, in writing, and let you make the call.

Storm damage and insurance

New Jersey weather does real damage, and a lot of it is not visible from the ground. We inspect after storms, photograph and measure what we find, and document it properly so your claim has something solid behind it. We work with your insurance company throughout the process. To be clear about what we are: we are a contractor, not a public adjuster and not a law firm, so we cannot promise a claim will be approved. What we can do is make sure the damage is documented correctly and the repair is done right. Read more about how we help with insurance claims.

How we work

Every job runs with a crew that is fully insured and OSHA 30 certified. We use materials we would put on our own homes, and every completed roof carries warranty coverage on both the materials and the workmanship. You get a written estimate before we start, and the number on it is the number you pay.

If your roof is leaking right now, do not wait for business hours. Call us — we answer 24/7, and we can stabilize the roof today and plan the permanent fix after.
