Storm damage is stressful. The paperwork shouldn't be.
We document the damage properly and work with your insurance company, so the repair actually gets done right.
How It Works
You handle the claim. We handle the damage.
After a storm, two things happen at once: your property is damaged, and you are suddenly expected to become an expert in a process you have never been through. Most people have no idea what their policy actually covers, what counts as documentation, or what a roof inspection report is supposed to contain.
That is where we come in — and it is worth being precise about how. We are the contractor. We go up, we find what the storm actually did, and we document it properly so that your claim rests on something solid. Then we do the repair. Your insurance company decides the claim; we make sure they are deciding it with accurate information.
-
Free damage inspection
We come out and go up. Most storm damage is not visible from the driveway, which is exactly why so many valid claims get underestimated before anyone looks properly.
-
We document what we find
Photographs, measurements, and a written report of the damage and its extent. This is the part that gives your claim something to stand on, and it is very hard to reconstruct after the repair is done.
-
We work with your insurance company
We speak their language. When the adjuster comes out, we can meet them on site, walk the damage together, and answer the technical questions about scope and materials.
-
We do the repair, properly
Once the claim is settled, we do the work — insured, OSHA 30 certified, with warranty coverage on materials and workmanship. And we can tarp the roof on day one, before any of this is resolved.
What we do
- Inspect and find storm damage
- Document it with photos, measurements, and a written report
- Meet your adjuster on site and walk the damage with them
- Explain the technical scope of the repair
- Tarp and stabilize immediately, 24/7
- Do the repair once the claim is settled
What we don't do
- Act as a public adjuster — we aren't licensed as one
- Give you legal or financial advice
- Negotiate your settlement on your behalf
- Promise that your claim will be approved
- Tell you what your policy covers — only your insurer can
Anyone who promises you an approved claim is telling you something they cannot know.
